Merchant Servicing Executive (Based in Kuching/Melaka/KL)
Responsible to communicate an effective information and communication flows to merchants.
Performing Merchant’s performance evaluation
Initiate and negotiate with merchants to organize in house promotion
Responsible for area sales monitoring and analysis
Attend to merchant’s problems and complaints
Credit Assessment Executive (Based in Kuching/JB/KL)
To evaluate and analyze credit worthiness of borrowers and probability of repayment
Counter Service Executive (Based in Kuantan/JB)
Responsible for resolving customer inquiries, sales and service.
Responding to inbound telephone calls.
Stay abreast of all major customer issues and follow up with the customer as appropriate.
Call Centre Officer (Based in KL)
Ensure customers' request, inquiries and complaints are attended and responded in timely manner, as indeed to provide excellent customer service.
To handle customer calls, complaints and enquiries efficiently, courteously and professionally
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in any related disciplined.
Good Interpersonal skills.
